Child seats and passengers
Child seats are compulsory for children under 135 cm. You choose them when booking and they are a paid extra: you see the full price before paying, and the driver has them fitted. Children, babies included, count as passengers in the booking box, so include them in the number of travellers.
If you travel with a buggy, travel cot or ski bags, add them as luggage: the booking box only shows vehicles where everything fits. Each vehicle carries up to 8 passengers; families travelling with grandparents or friends can use several vehicles.

The journey: timing and stops
From Barcelona Airport to Andorra la Vella it takes about three hours. If you want to stop for a meal or a break for the children, tell the driver; longer stops are agreed with the driver before setting off. We track your flight and you get 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time, so there is no rush at baggage reclaim.
If your flight lands late, the driver still waits and takes you to your door. The price depends on the day and time of the transfer; you see it in full in the booking box with your arrival time.
Family activities in Andorra
Sant Julià de Lòria has Naturland, with the Tobotronc and mountain activities. In Canillo, the Palau de Gel has an ice rink. In Escaldes, Caldea is the country’s best-known thermal spa. Children’s documents
Andorra is not in the European Union and there is a customs border. Every child needs their own identity document (ID card or passport for EU citizens), and minors travelling without their parents also need a signed authorisation. More in customs and allowances.

Cancelling between 24 hours and the minimum notice (3 hours; 8 hours at weekends, on public holidays and their eves) may incur a charge; below the minimum, the booking can no longer be cancelled. Extras requested on the spot (more waiting, more luggage, stops) are agreed with the driver before setting off.
