Why companies choose a private transfer
Andorra has no airport and no railway. Many business travellers land at Barcelona-El Prat and still have about three hours by road ahead of them. With a driver you can take calls or prepare the meeting, and you arrive at the office door instead of the bus station.
Every trip is with a licensed private-hire vehicle with driver (VTC) and passenger insurance; see licence, insurance and invoice. You get a VAT invoice for each booking.

Punctuality on the way in and out
At the airport we track your flight and you get 60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time. On the way back, we collect you at the office or hotel at the agreed time: you get 15 minutes of free waiting at addresses. Teams and events
For a team or a group of guests, each vehicle carries up to 8 passengers and several vehicles can leave at the same time from the airport or the station. The passenger’s name and phone number, the flight or train and the exact address in Andorra. We issue the VAT invoice in the company’s name; for several trips or several days, message us and we will prepare a proposal.
No small print
What the price includes
Cancelling between 24 hours and the minimum notice (3 hours; 8 hours at weekends, on public holidays and their eves) may incur a charge; below the minimum, the booking can no longer be cancelled. Extras requested on the spot (more waiting, more luggage, stops) are agreed with the driver before setting off. The service is provided by QuickPickups; card payment takes place on the bank’s secure page.

Do you issue invoices to companies?
Yes. We issue a VAT invoice in the company’s name.
Can an assistant book for the traveller?
Yes. Enter the passenger’s name and phone number in the booking; the driver will contact the traveller.
Can you collect several people from different flights?
Each vehicle starts at one time and place. For several arrivals, book a transfer for each or message us and we will organise it.
Can the driver wait in Andorra and bring me back the same day?
Book an outbound and a return transfer. Journeys within Andorra are not part of our service.
