How we organise a group
Enter how many of you there are, your suitcases and ski bags in the search box, and you instantly see the price of each option: vehicles for up to 8 passengers or, for groups of more than 8, several vehicles. The search box prices groups of up to 32 people and you book directly. When several vehicles go, they leave the same place at the same time, each driver has the others’ details, and they reach the same destination within minutes of each other.
If there are more than 32 of you, or the group arrives on different flights, message or call us with your dates, the number of people, suitcases and ski bags, and we send you a fixed price covering every vehicle.

Tell us when you land and where you are going. We tell you when you will leave the airport and the window in which you arrive, allowing for the Cadí route, the border and the day’s traffic.

Equipment matters as much as people
Eight skiers with their bags, boots and suitcases do not fit in just any vehicle. That is why we ask for the details from the start: how many suitcases, how many ski or snowboard bags, and whether anything is bulky. With that we decide how many vehicles are needed and of which type, so there are no surprises at the airport. Ski bags are charged as special luggage at the published rate.
If the group is renting equipment at the resort, the logistics are simpler and fewer vehicles may be enough. Mention it when you book.
Clubs, schools and student trips
For ski clubs, schools and end-of-year trips we prepare proposals with several vehicles, timings coordinated with the flights or the meeting point, and a single invoice in the organisation’s name. If minors are travelling, tell us: children under 135 cm need a child seat or booster, added to the booking for a small supplement.
If the group arrives on different flights, we organise pick-ups by arrival, so nobody waits for hours at the airport.
Companies and events in Andorra
For conventions, incentive trips or teams travelling to Andorra for work, we issue a VAT invoice in the company’s name and can prepare a proposal covering several days or several journeys from Barcelona. Every ride is logged by GPS, with real pick-up and arrival times.
What we need for a tailored proposal
With that information we send you a fixed proposal with the vehicles, the timings and the total price, tolls included. Once you accept it, we book the vehicles in the group’s name.
- Dates, pick-up point (airport, hotel or address) and destination in Andorra.

No small print
What the price includes
Cancelling between 24 hours and the minimum notice (3 hours; 8 hours at weekends, on public holidays and their eves) may incur a charge; below the minimum, the booking can no longer be cancelled. Extras requested on the spot (more waiting, more luggage, stops) are agreed with the driver before setting off. The service is provided by QuickPickups; card payment takes place on the bank’s secure page.

How far ahead should we book for a group?
The earlier the better, especially for Christmas, bank holidays and Easter. You can cancel free of charge with 24 hours’ notice or more.
Can we stop on the way?
Yes. A short rest stop is no problem; if the group needs a longer stop, for example for lunch, mention it in the proposal.
What if part of the group arrives on another flight?
We organise separate pick-ups by flight. Give us the flight numbers for each part of the group.
