A QuickPickups service
Who provides the service
Andorra Transfers is a QuickPickups website. The service is provided by QUICKPICKUPS S.L., tax ID B22944938, registered office at Calle Cadí 17, 08031 Barcelona, entered in the Barcelona Companies Register. Booking and payment take place on quickpickups.es, the same company’s website, and the invoice is issued in its name.
A private hire vehicle with driver (VTC), not a taxi
Our transfers are private hire services with a driver, known in Spain as VTC. They are always booked in advance and at a fixed price agreed before the journey starts; we do not pick up passengers on the street or charge by meter. Our vehicles hold the corresponding transport authorisation and our drivers are professionals.
We carry out journeys between Spain and Andorra in both directions, always with one end outside Andorra. We never carry out journeys within the country, for example from your hotel to the slopes.
Passenger insurance
Every transfer is covered by mandatory passenger insurance, in addition to the vehicle’s own insurance. It covers all passengers from the moment they get in until they get out, and it is one of the requirements for a passenger transport service to be legal.
VAT invoice and fixed price
The price you see in the search box or in your quote is what you pay for the booked journey: it does not change with traffic, the route or a wait at the border. You pay online by card on the secure payment page and receive a VAT invoice, in your name or your company’s, without having to ask twice.
Only extras requested on the spot, such as waiting longer than included, more luggage than booked or an additional stop, are agreed with the driver before setting off.
Every ride is logged
Every transfer is logged by GPS, with the route and the real pick-up and arrival times. If something does not go as expected, we have the data to review it with you. We answer 24 hours a day, by phone, WhatsApp or email, in English, Spanish, French and Catalan.
No small print
What the price includes
Cancelling between 24 hours and the minimum notice (3 hours; 8 hours at weekends, on public holidays and their eves) may incur a charge; below the minimum, the booking can no longer be cancelled. Extras requested on the spot (more waiting, more luggage, stops) are agreed with the driver before setting off. The service is provided by QuickPickups; card payment takes place on the bank’s secure page.

- Flight trackingIf your flight lands early or late, we move the pick-up without you having to tell us.

- Your luggage, countedThe suitcases you enter when booking. Ski bags are added as special luggage, with their price shown.
- Child seatsOn request, for a small supplement. Compulsory below 135 cm; your driver brings them.

Frequently asked questions
Are you a taxi service?
No. We are a private hire service with driver (VTC): it is booked in advance, at a fixed price, and we do not stop in the street to pick up passengers.
Who issues my invoice?
QUICKPICKUPS S.L., tax ID B22944938. The invoice shows VAT separately and can be issued in your name or your company’s.
Why do you not offer journeys within Andorra?
Because domestic transport within Andorra is reserved for Andorran operators. We carry out journeys between Catalonia and Andorra, in either direction, always with one end in Catalonia.
How do I pay?
Online, by card, on the secure payment page. The fare for the journey is paid when you book.
