Sant Julià de Lòria is on the way in, before the capital.
The altitudes and these stretches are shown further down this page, town by town.
What makes the journey longer
The La Farga de Moles border: going into Andorra the check is usually quick; on the way back to Spain, Spanish customs can queue on Sunday afternoons and at the end of bank holidays. Traffic leaving Barcelona on Friday afternoons. Snow in winter, especially on the Envalira pass. The live road status, also on this page, shows incidents on each stretch.
If you are going to a ski resort, our sister site has distances and drive times to each resort.
